Mrs. Pam Flood - 2's Lead Teacher
My name is Pam Flood and I am the lead teacher in the Two-year old classroom. This marks my 32nd year here at the preschool. I have had the pleasure of teaching our students in the Three-year old and Pre-K classes, and during the past 26 years I have taught our "Terrific Twos". I have also been a lead teacher during our yearly day camp along with some wonderful co-workers.
I graduated from Abington High School and attended Shippensburg State College where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education. After teaching fourth grade in the Manheim Central School District for two years my husband Mike and I were married and settled here in Plymouth Meeting.
We have two sons, Stephen and Kyle, and they each attended preschool here. Being very involved with their activities while they were growing up was a wonderful and very busy part of our lives.
I enjoy traveling, hiking, snorkeling, and reading, and am involved in the life of our church.
Mike and I have also worked together renovating several rental properties during the last 15 years. Life is busy once again!
We are also thankful and fortunate to have two wonderful extended families.
Working with the children, teachers and parents here has been a terrific experience and a large part of my life. The children's smiles, laughter and enthusiasm make coming to "work" all worth it!
